Morgan focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 cases in all industries including but not limited to aviation, construction, entertainment, financial services, real estate, retail and telecommunications. Morgan has significant experience representing individuals and businesses in workouts with banking and financial institutions and with landlords. Additionally, he regularly represents trustees and receivers in Federal Court, Bankruptcy Court and State Court in cases involving virtually every industry. Morgan has also successfully prosecuted and defended dozens of preference, fraudulent transfer and insider lawsuits.
