Jeffrey Bast and Brett Amron bring complementary backgrounds and experience to BAST AMRON LLP.  Jeffrey completed two bankruptcy clerkships before joining the large international firms where he was a partner. Brett was a prosecutor in Miami-Dade County before joining a large local firm where he later became a partner. Throughout their careers, Jeffrey and Brett each represented a variety of clients with complex insolvency and litigation issues. In early 2008, they left the large firms to open and develop their own practices. During that time, Jeffrey and Brett identified the synergies in their practices and skill sets and in May 2009 decided to join forces to establish BAST AMRON LLP.
