Susan Smith Blakely
After 25 years as a practicing attorney, Ms. Blakely retired as a law firm partner in 2006 to pursue writing, speaking and consulting on topics related to women lawyers. Most recently she has expanded her project to include advice for all young lawyers and those who lead them.
Her books include: Best Friends at the Bar: What Women Need to Know about a Career in the Law (2009); Best Friends at the Bar: The New Balance for Today’s Woman Lawyer (2012); Best Friends at the Bar: Top-Down Leadership for Women Lawyers (2015; and What Millennial Lawyers Want: A Bridge from the Past to the Future of Law Practice (2018), all published by Wolters Kluwer/Aspen Publishers.

Since December 2014, José has been the President of Burger King Brand at Restaurant Brands International Inc., the indirect parent company of BKC. He began his career with BKC in 2000, as a Senior Attorney and quickly assumed positions of increasing responsibility within the Global Operations function, eventually rising to President.
Vic is the CEO of Veraco (formerly PI Associates) and has a 40+ year career as an advisor focused on helping a variety of enterprises, including public and private companies, maximize the benefits of their most valuable resource, people.
Kristen Corpion is the face of the modern lawyer. She is the founder and owner of two trailblazing companies: CORPlaw, a law firm helping modern entrepreneurs grow and protect their business ventures, and Sidebar, an innovative community group for lawyers. Kristen also devotes her time to training the next generation of lawyers as an Adjunct-Professor at Florida International University.
Jessica Goldman Srebnick
Jessica has been CEO of Goldman Properties, since 2012. She oversees the company’s portfolio of assets in New York, Philadelphia, Miami Beach and Miami’s emerging Wynwood Arts District. The diverse company includes a mix of hotels, restaurants, office buildings, commercial, retail and residential properties and large-scale public art projects including the Wynwood Walls, the highly acclaimed outdoor street art museum.
Christa owns, operates, and teaches at Pilates in the Grove, which serves the Coconut Grove and South Miami communities with two premier South Florida locations. Her studios set the benchmark in Pilates instruction and physical therapy interventions, with most of the instructors holding advanced degrees and boasting well-rounded backgrounds in physical therapy, occupational therapy, dance movement therapy and nutrition. The studios also adhere to a low student-teacher ratio, and the services the studios offer put them well ahead of fitness trends including Physical Therapy, Pilates for Rehabilitation, Pilates for Athletes and NeuroMuscular Reprogramming and Re-education.
Outside of the studio, Christa, a wife and mom to two boys, donates her time and talent to a number of non-profit groups, including the Barnyard of Coconut Grove Cares, Breakthrough Miami and the GirlKind Project, which inspires and empowers young women. She also provides Pilates-based strengthening and injury prevention programming to elementary schools, high school sports teams and local athletic events.
Lauren Marsicano is a founding partner of female owned and operated, Marsicano + Leyva PLLC with prior experience on both sides of the aisle providing guidance to both individuals and businesses and taking cases from inception through to trial and post-trial appeal.
Lee Mrazek is an SVP at Tracfone Wireless with 30+ years of business experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations at global Consumer Packaged Goods, Consumer Electronics and Telecom companies. She has lived all over the country and also had an overseas assignment in Sydney, Australia.
Lee’s proudest accomplishments include the 100+ people she has personally mentored throughout her career and the volunteer work she does with organizations focused on female empowerment and animal welfare.
Jay Phillip Parker
Real estate industry leader and veteran, Jay Phillip Parker has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage since 2013. Responsible for the advancement of a leading provider of luxury real estate services across South Florida, he has successfully grown Douglas Elliman’s presence in markets from Miami to Jupiter to Palm Beach and St. Petersburg with a total of 22 offices and more than 1,100 agents.
Under Jay’s leadership, Douglas Elliman Florida marked a banner year in 2018 with $4.7 Billion in total sales volume, which was up 30% over the prior year. Jay has been a key figure in the growth of the brand, which is now represented in luxury real estate markets in 60 countries and six continents through its partnership with London-based Knight-Frank Residential.
Nicole Shelley Greenidge Prattico has become one of South Florida’s most recognizable business icons. From producing signature events, seminars and workshops to helping fundraise millions of dollars for various causes for both public and private sector officials, institutions and organizations coupled with an unrivaled mélange of professional attributes clearly merit the countless accolades that she and her businesses continuously receive. Project and Business Development through strategic Events Management, Public Relations and Marketing, have made her Caribbean Today’s’ top 10 success stories in South Florida, Brickell Magazine’s best dressed professionals, one of Mercedes Benz’s Driven for Success Professionals and the US Department of Commerce’s best event production professionals.
