MIAMI, FL– March 15, 2022-Bast Amron, recently earned a victory in the early stages of its representation of the liquidating trustee of a paper goods manufacturer. In a 37-page opinion, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware denied motions to dismiss breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty claims against the former directors and officers. As we advance through the next stages of this case, we look forward to a successful outcome that will help the company’s creditors recoup some of their significant losses.

Great work by our team: Brett Amron, Peter Klock II, Dana Quick, Ethan Katz, and Jane de Pina
