Samantha Roque is a litigation paralegal with over seven years of experience supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation and trial matters. She brings a strong background in case management, trial preparation, and legal document drafting, with a proven track record of providing critical support throughout every stage of litigation.
Samantha’s experience spans multiple areas of law, and she is adept at managing a high volume of active matters, coordinating discovery, preparing exhibits, and assisting attorneys during trial proceedings. She has worked extensively with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis and is proficient in Client Profiles, Adobe, MS Office, and electronic filing systems. As a Notary and Remote Online Notary, she also provides administrative and procedural support on a range of litigation needs.
Before joining Bast Amron, Samantha held paralegal roles at several well-regarded law firms in South Florida, including EPGD Attorneys at Law, Kelley Kronenberg, and Angones McClure & Garcia. In these positions, she was responsible for drafting pleadings and motions, coordinating depositions, conducting trial witness meetings, and leading paralegal training sessions. She played a vital role in supervising legal assistants and managing complex trial logistics from start to finish.
Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Florida International University, a master’s in criminal justice from Florida State University, and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Miami.
