She has been recruited by CEOs and boards to drive transformation initiatives, build institutional-grade systems, and align business functions around strategic priorities.
Her background includes overseeing infrastructure supporting $15 billion in assets, leading global technology rollouts, directing marketing and business operations for multinational teams, and developing scalable processes that improve performance and client service. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, cultural alignment, and ability to integrate people, processes, and technology to create lasting operational impact.
In her role as COO, Allison will oversee firm operations, finance, technology, and administrative functions, ensuring Bast Amron continues to operate with the efficiency, clarity, and infrastructure required to support our attorneys, staff, and clients.
