Bast Amron LLP would like to congratulate Hayley G. Harrison for being elected to serve for her third consecutive year on The Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida Executive Board of Directors.

Hayley has been elected to serve as Second Vice President for the 2018-2019 term.

Hayley G. Harrison concentrates her practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Hayley primarily represents bankruptcy trustees in their administration of Chapter 7 debtor cases, including all aspects of analyzing avenues of recovery, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets, and the pursuit of avoidance actions and other litigation claims. She also advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and interested parties in relation to their rights in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and out of court proceedings.

While in law school, Hayley was a member of the Florida Law Review and on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and was named to the Dean’s List. Hayley also served as a teaching assistant for legal research, writing, and appellate advocacy. During her last semester of law school, Hayley attended the University of Miami School of Law as a transient student and was a member of the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic, where she offered pro bono legal assistance to low income individuals dealing with bankruptcy issues.
