MIAMI, FL- June 2, 2022, –  Bast Amron Partner Scott Brown will be the moderator on the Chapter 7 Practice Panel at the 32nd Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, by the University of Miami School of Law.

Topics include: Best practices for knowing your client, preparing a case for filing, what to expect from the Trustee, ensuring a smooth 341 meeting, practice pointers, and what feedback to expect from the Trustee and creditors. The Panel will also discuss recent trends in the chapter 7 practice.
