Miami, FL – August 3, 2026 – Bast Amron has been recognized as one of Florida Trend‘s 2026 Best Companies To Work For, reflecting the firm’s workplace culture and commitment to its people. The firm was recognized in the Small Company category.
Featured in the August issue of Florida Trend, the annual recognition honors employers across the state in small, medium, and large employer categories.
To be eligible, participating organizations must employ at least 15 people in Florida and have been in operation for a minimum of one year. Companies are evaluated through an independent assessment of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, together with a confidential employee satisfaction survey. Final rankings are determined based on the combined results of both evaluations.
The initiative is managed by Florida Trend in partnership with Workforce Research Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Workforce Research Group administers the employer assessment, employee survey, and analysis used to determine the annual rankings.
