MIAMI, FL – May 19, 2025 – Bast Amron is proud to announce that Kyle Brandon Forges has joined the firm as its newest associate.
Kyle focuses his practice on business litigation, bringing trial experience and a strong advocacy background to the firm. Prior to joining Bast Amron, Kyle served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, where he represented more than 150 clients and secured multiple jury acquittals. He has extensive experience managing cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, arguing in court, and participating in mediations and settlements.
Kyle also previously worked as an associate at a full-service litigation firm in Boca Raton, handling a broad range of civil litigation matters. His earlier experience includes serving as a Certified Legal Intern in Broward County and as a Summer Associate at Carey Rodriguez Milian, LLP, where he worked on international arbitration matters involving complex commercial disputes.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and served as Executive Student Works Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law. He held leadership roles on the Florida Moot Court Team and presented oral arguments before the Florida Supreme Court. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University and holds an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
