As we encounter incredibly rapid advances in technology, including social media and, more recently, artificial intelligence, our ability to maintain our most important connections may actually be deteriorating. How do we manage cohesion between people, processes, knowledge, and AI innovation in our workforce?
We will gather experts in the field to discuss emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, and the ways we stay connected. The day will provide a unique opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and share best practices for continued success in 2024 and beyond.

This panel of experts will discuss the importance of staying connected as we embrace technological changes in our workplace and world. They will explore topics focusing on the importance of our connections – to colleagues, networks, clients, and communities. How do we manage cohesion between people, processes, knowledge, and innovation in our workforce? Other topics include: Exploring the intersection of emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence to enhance workplace dynamics.
- Discussing strategies to maintain meaningful connections amidst the influx of technological advancements.
- Analyzing the impact of technology on interpersonal relationships at work.
- Sharing success stories and challenges in using emotional intelligence to bridge the gap between humans and machines.
- Discussing the effects of technology on employee well-being and mental health.

“Digital Burnout: Strategies for Managing the Customer Experience in the Age of Technology”
Traditionally, we have embraced technology as a means to streamline processes and remove the hassle from the lives of our employees for the benefit of our customers. But customer service has evolved, with customers demanding human interaction. And more than ever, customers crave experience above all else. That does not mean price and quality take a back seat, though. Both still play a part, but our focus is shifting to the way we experience the process of choosing, purchasing, and enjoying the goods and services we spend our money on. Our panel of experts will dive into this evolving challenge to give the customer an immersive experience. The discussion will include these and other topics:
- Exploring how communication styles have changed in the digital age and their impact on customer connections.
- Using technology to foster effective sales, marketing, and customer service
- Delivering immersive customer experiences in business today
- Maintaining human connections with customers in spite of technology
- Balancing the tempo of technology with the slow pace of consumer demands
All Proceeds Go To Charity:
The Forum is hosted and underwritten by Bast Amron. In an effort to give back to our community, all proceeds will support Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc, an organization that provides free legal services for the low-income communities of Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties who have nowhere else to turn for help- women, children, seniors, veterans returning from combat, people with disabilities, low wage workers and the homeless who have problems in the areas of tenants’ rights, home ownership, health, income maintenance, employment, special education, tax and consumer rights.
At last year’s event, we raised over $5,520.00 for The Lotus House. We are looking forward to raising even more this year for Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc.
