MIAMI, FL– August 26, 2022- Bast Amron Special Counsel Brian Tannebaum was quoted in a recent article by The Daily Business Review, ‘This Is Gutter Politics’: Ethics Question Raised in Miami-Dade Race Between Judge Fred Seraphin and Renier Diaz de la Portilla.

“Tannebaum said that whether the release of the phone number could lead to Renier Diaz de la Portilla or his brother facing a first-degree misdemeanor, as the anonymous blogger claimed, is an academic argument, since one could argue the PAC—a non-governmental entity—disclosed the number in the mailer. Regardless, “If you go down the list,” there are allegedly multiple violations of bar rules and judicial canons.”
