Miami, FL – July 13, 2026 – Bast Amron Co-Founder and Managing Partner Jeffrey Bast will serve as a panelist for the CLE program, Beyond Chapter 11: Evaluating Receiverships, ABCs, and Bankruptcy in a Distressed Market, hosted by BARBRI on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET.

This 90-minute program will examine the strategic considerations involved in choosing between bankruptcy, receiverships, and assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABCs).
