Bast Amron maintains an active practice representing receivers, trustees, and other court-appointed fiduciaries in state and federal courts. Our professionals have the experience and capabilities to counsel our fiduciary clients as to their powers and duties to ensure fulfillment of their obligations to the Court, governmental agencies, and other litigation parties. Firm partner Scott Brown serves on the panel of chapter 7 Trustees before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.   With his experience as a Trustee, Mr. Brown also serves as receiver, assignee, examiner, collateral monitor, and liquidating agent.
