Quick received a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Toledo School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. Dana’s representative matters include Special Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors and Liquidating Trustee investigating and prosecuting director and officer liability claims in SMF Energy Corporation Chapter 11 case, resulting in a recovery in excess of $5 million to creditors. Special Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Advanced Blast Protection Chapter 11 case investigating and pursuing director and officer liability claims, resulting in a recovery of $2 million to creditors. Counsel to Trustee investigating and prosecuting director and officer liability claims in Astor & Black Chapter 7 case, resulting in a recovery of $2.35 million to creditors. The operator of short-term corporate housing in a Chapter 11 confirmation contested by the senior secured lender, ultimately confirming the plan over the creditor’s objection. The purchaser of a foreclosure judgment against a church in Chapter 11. A masonry company that provided services for large construction projects around South Florida in an assignment for the benefit of creditors.
