Scott Brown has been practicing in the bankruptcy/insolvency field for almost 15 years. He concentrates his practice on fiduciary representation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy litigation and business reorganization. Scott has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee since 2011 and has also served in a variety of other fiduciary roles including as a Chapter 11 trustee, examiner, and receiver. Scott is also active in a variety of industry and community organizations and is a past president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
