We traditionally hire new attorneys who have participated in our Summer Associate Program following their second year of law school. We also welcome lateral hires and attorneys with prior government or law firm experience, and we value the unique perspective brought by former judicial clerks—many of our attorneys have clerked in federal and state courts across the country.

Summer Associate Program: Real Experience. Real Growth.

Our Summer Associate Program is designed to give law students a firsthand, immersive experience in life at a dynamic boutique law firm. From day one, summer clerks are integrated into our legal teams and trusted with meaningful work.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Develop direct relationships with attorneys and clients
Contribute to complex, often nationally significant matters
Learn through hands-on experience, mentorship, and feedback
Build your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment without getting lost in a sea of associates
