We traditionally hire new attorneys who have served as “summer associates” with the firm following their second year of law school. Still, we have also hired new associates and lateral attorneys with experience in the government or at other law firms. We also place great value on the experience and training that a judicial clerkship imparts. Many of our attorneys have served as clerks at the federal, district, and appellate levels, as well as at the state level. We are committed to helping our attorneys build on the meaningful skills they developed during their clerkship tenures.
