WHY Bast Amron

At Bast Amron, we believe that great people are the cornerstone of great outcomes. Our success is built on a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence. We foster a culture of inclusivity that values diverse perspectives and experiences, knowing that these differences lead to stronger, more creative solutions for our clients.

Our attorneys and professional staff bring a rich mix of personal and professional backgrounds including varied countries of origin, languages, religions, sexual orientations, and life experiences. This diversity fuels our dynamic environment and enhances the way we deliver legal services, offering clients a range of strategies informed by real-world insight.

Join Our Team

Although we hire selectively, we are always open to conversations with exceptional candidates. We look for individuals with:

  • Strong academic performance
  • Impeccable writing and oral advocacy skills
  • A positive, collaborative mindset
  • The ability to manage responsibility in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in learning, growing, and making an impact

We traditionally hire new attorneys who have participated in our Summer Associate Program following their second year of law school. We also welcome lateral hires and attorneys with prior government or law firm experience, and we value the unique perspective brought by former judicial clerks—many of our attorneys have clerked in federal and state courts across the country.

Summer Associate Program: Real Experience. Real Growth.

Our Summer Associate Program is designed to give law students a firsthand, immersive experience in life at a dynamic boutique law firm. From day one, summer clerks are integrated into our legal teams and trusted with meaningful work.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop direct relationships with attorneys and clients
  • Contribute to complex, often nationally significant matters
  • Learn through hands-on experience, mentorship, and feedback
  • Build your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment without getting lost in a sea of associates

This is a rare opportunity to gain true insight into the practice of law and the business of running a firm. Many of our full-time attorneys started their careers with us as summer associates, and we view the program as a key pathway to long-term success at Bast Amron.

Please note: We are not accepting resumes from search firms at this time.
